1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Star of the Sea NIL Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to not impersonate others, and to not interfere with the proper functioning of the service. You are responsible for the content you post and the deals you create or accept.

4. Deals and Payments

All deals are agreements between users. Star of the Sea NIL facilitates the connection and payment processing but is not a party to deals between users. A platform fee of 20% applies to completed deals. Payments are processed through Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings or by contacting support.
